Porth Sound provides post-production sound editing services for film, TV and online videos.

Based in Cornwall, we are always on the look out to work with like-minded people. Our home studio runs Pro Tools & Izotope RX for post-production sound and we use online methods of working to collaborate with clients from the southwest UK to Los Angelos, USA.

  • Post-production facilities
    Claire's stereo mix facility runs Pro tools, Adobe suite, Da Vinci & RX Izotope. We can record simple voiceovers using an AKG C414 XLII Vocal Condenser Microphone.
  • Cloud based working
    We use Dropbox & Wetransfer to manage file sharing. For video projects, having timecode on all videos & continuous file version names are key for maintaining order and minimising confusion! Video versions can be sent password protected between team members on Vimeo. We use MS Teams, Zoom and Skype to have regular team calls and can stay in touch via the chat pages. We like to start a project with clear outcomes, deadlines and expectations.
